Bonus Time and Rentals

Owner Bonus Time
Powder Ridge Village owners may reserve and enjoy additional time at the resort other than their regular weekly interval. Bonus time is available to all Powder Ridge Village owners current with their fees.

Bonus Time can be scheduled within twenty-one (21) days or less of usage. One night stays are welcomed. The fees are payable at the time of booking and is subject to availability on a first come, first serve basis.

Bonus time cancellations must be received through VRI Reservations no less than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date. A fee of $25 will be charged for cancellations more than seven (7) days from the arrival date. Cancellations within seven (7) days will not receive a refund.
